Commissions

To commission a portrait of your home, cottage, favorite restaurant, vacation scene, place of business, etc. I can use your photos or if the subject is within a few miles of my home, I will take the photos, free of charge. Below, you see a photo of an old farmhouse and the larger image is the painting done from the photo. It is only one example of many different kinds of homes or other subjects that could make a great painting. I can change the lighting, landscaping, or season and put in or leave out objects as needed to make a good painting. The cost varies depending on the size of the painting and the complexity of the subject. If you would like a smaller or larger painting, I can accommodate that as well and the price will reflect the size to some extent. E mail me any pictures you have and I will get back to you about what I can do and we will begin working on the details. I usually need about 2 weeks to do the commission, start to finish and will do my best to have it done for a special occasion. Paintings can then be shipped any where in the world, via different carriers.
